Overview of 7-layer carton sheets
Carton sheets are a very popular packaging material today and an indispensable product for many businesses and individual traders. Structure of a 7-layer carton sheet
+ Top Layer (Facing Layer): This is the outermost layer of the paper sheet, providing the first visual impression for customers, so high aesthetics are required. This layer typically uses high-quality paper with diverse colors and is often printed with the product brand.
+ 3 Sinusoidal Corrugated Layers (Fluting Layers): This is a very important layer for shock and impact resistance for packaged products. This layer is usually made from flexible kraft linerboard. The corrugated layer in 7-layer carton sheets commonly uses A-flute, with a flute height of 4.7mm. The A-flute helps distribute force evenly across the sheet, providing more effective support for the product.
Two partition layers between the corrugated layers reinforce the sheets rigidity, shaping and fixing the two corrugated layers.
+ Bottom Layer (Backing Layer): This is the innermost layer of the 7-layer carton sheet and is usually in contact with the product. The material can be kraft linerboard or regular paper, with a relatively thicknes, helping to increase the sheets sturdiness and protect the packaged product.
