FIRE-RESISTANT ROLLING DOOR
A fire-resistant rolling door is an optimal safety solution in case of a fire emergency. It automatically closes to contain and isolate the fire while providing a safe escape route. The product is designed and manufactured according to EI, UL 10B & UL 10C fire-resistant door standards, certified by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). It has been officially tested and certified under inspection number 2096/KĐ-PCCC-P7 by the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department – Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam.

Key Features of the Fire-Resistant Rolling Door
1. Fire-Resistant Control System
• SDS (Standard Drop System): When a fire signal is detected, the shutter fully closes automatically.
• TTM (Time Delay System): The shutter partially closes for a preset duration to allow evacuation of people and assets before fully closing to isolate the fire.

3. Rolling Door Body
• Made from 1.2mm galvanized steel

• Features an electroplated surface with high heat resistance, maintaining fire protection from 60 to 180 hours
• Minimizes fire damage and enhances safety in emergencies
4. Bottom Rail
• T-shaped design with two perpendicular steel bars (50 x 50 x 5mm)
• Balances the shutter’s weight according to its size
5. Guide Rails
• 3.0mm thick solid steel rails ensure durability and smooth operation
• Internal spring system within the rolling shaft supports 25% of the shutter’s load, enhancing stability and safety
6. Technical Box
• Made from a 30 x 60 x 1.5mm steel frame with anti-rust coating for added strength
• 0.55mm thick electrostatically painted cover for the rolling shaft
7. Guide Rails & Bottom Rail
• 2.0mm thick electrostatically painted steel rails for guidance and structural rigidity
• 50 x 50 x 4mm composite steel bottom rail, ensuring weight balance
