SVR 3L RUBBER

1. Product introduction:

- This type of rubber is processed and mainly produced in the company. SVR 3L can be applied in many fields.

- In order to meet the product of type L or 3L, it must satisfy important characteristics such as Po, color (Lovibond), concentration of dirt, hole, etc. in the prescribed standards.

2. Application:

The characteristics of Po parameters of this rubber are high (Po> 35), so it is suitable for products that require high elasticity, high abrasion resistance, high durability such as car tires, belts, cables, etc.

3. Physical and chemical criteria according to TCVN: 3769: 2004 standard:

- The content of dirt is not greater than: 0.03 % (m/m)

- Ash content, not larger than: 0.50 % (m/m)

- Nitrogen content, not greater than: 0.60 % (m/m)

- Volatile matter content, is not greater than: 0.80 % (m/m)

- Initial plasticity Po, not smaller than: 35

- Index maintains plasticity (PRI), not smaller than: 60

- The Lovibond color index, not larger than: 6

- Mooney ML viscosity (1 + 4) 100ºC

- Vulcanizing properties: R

4. Packing:

SVR 3L rubber is packed into blocks and wrapped in PE bags:

+ 33.33 kg / arm 36 boards = 1.20mts / pallet 16 pallets = 19.20mts / container 20

+ 35 kg / roll 36 cases = 1.26mts / pallet 16 pallets = 20.16mts / container 20
