Vietnam Relief Association For Handicapped Children

Vietnam Relief Association For Handicapped Children is a non-governmental charity organization of people and organizations who volunteer to contribute to the care of disabled children in Vietnam to reduce difficulty and unhappiness. The purpose of the associations mission is to mobilize public resources, energy and intellect for its activities to help disabled children reduce suffering and unhappiness, the children are protected and cared for under the Law on Care, Protection and Education of children launched by the State.
