SUV Company Limited was established in 2015 with its headquarters in An Thi, Hung Yen, originating as an automotive repair and metal fabrication workshop operating since 1999. Inheriting meticulous precision and high aesthetic standards from the automotive industry, SUV Steel has established a solid position in the fields of steel structure manufacturing and pre-engineered steel building construction in Northern Vietnam.
SUV Steel is not merely a manufacturing unit, but also provides comprehensive steel structure solutions from design to construction. With a team of professional design engineers and consultants, we are committed to delivering optimal structures in terms of cost, convenience, functionality, and schedule accuracy.
Factory Infrastructure and Equipment Capacity:
☑ Actual capacity: 1,250 - 2,500 tons/month (15,000 - 30,000 tons/year).
☑ Equipped with integrated CNC laser cutting lines (3 imported fiber laser CNC machines from China), continuous submerged arc welding (SAW) beam lines, and new-generation robotic welding stations for detailed components. A closed-loop quality control process is applied, ranging from material IQC (Incoming Quality Control) to assembly QC according to Shop Drawings, and finally to the Shipping List for dispatch.
☑ Core workforce of nearly 134 personnel: 18 university-graduated engineers, 16 college and vocational school-graduated engineers, and 100 high-skilled technicians.
