01 – A Wide Range of Materials and Styles
➢ Polyester resin buttons: Horn-look, marble-look surfaces, and matte resin buttons that can withstand ironing temperatures of up to 220°C.

02 – Custom Button Development Based on Design
NT BUTTONS provides laser engraving of logos, lettering, and patterns on button surfaces. Customers can choose 2-hole, 4-hole, or shank buttons, while also requesting DTM color matching according to Pantone codes or actual fabric samples. Standard sizes range from 14L, 16L, 18L, 24L, 32L to 40L, corresponding to different applications from shirts and dresses to suits and overcoats.
03 – Production Capacity for B2B Orders
☑ Our supply capacity reaches 5,000,000 buttons/month, with a mechanical machining tolerance of ±0.05mm. The MOQ for mass production starts from 3,000 pieces/design.
☑ Collections or trial orders are supported from 500 pieces/design.
☑ The 4-Step B2B Cooperation Process includes: receiving the design, creating 3D CAD drawings, blank turning, color dyeing, laser engraving, sending trial samples, and proceeding with mass production.
