Facco - Construction Investment Joint Stock Company was established in 2017 by a group of young, dynamic, experienced, and enthusiastic engineers with the aspiration to build a reputable brand in the construction industry. We have undertaken the design and construction of a wide range of projects, from residential houses and commercial buildings to small-scale factories and warehouses. Each project is a significant milestone, reflecting the serious, meticulous work ethic and commitment to quality of the Facco team.
In addition to acting as a general contractor, the company directly owns a steel structure fabrication and manufacturing plant, and is also strongly developing its mechanical and electrical (M&E) and fire protection systems construction sectors, forming a closed-loop capability chain from design and manufacturing to complete construction. This expansion allows Facco to be more proactive in terms of project timelines, quality control, and to affirm its position as a reputable general contractor in the industrial construction sector.
