Company Introduction
NTT Technical Trading Investment Joint Stock Company is an industrial wood packaging manufacturer specializing in wooden pallets, wooden crates, and wooden boxes for packing, preserving, and transporting goods for manufacturing and exporting enterprises. Operating since 2007, NTT has gradually expanded its factory to approximately 3,600 m² in the Trai Ca area, Soc Son, Hanoi, forming a closed-loop production line from receiving raw timber to final quality inspection of finished products.
Products and Production Capacity
NTT manufactures three core lines of wood packaging: 2-way and 4-way entry wooden pallets, well-ventilated slatted wooden crates, and fully enclosed plywood-covered wooden boxes, using a variety of materials ranging from pine wood, acacia wood, and lightweight wood to LVL and plywood, depending on the customers load requirements and shipping journey.
In addition to standard specifications, NTT also offers design and manufacturing of pallets, crates, and wooden boxes according to customers own drawings and dimensions for special requirements.
Facilities and Quality Control
◈ The production facility is equipped with a steam system, drying kiln, 2/3/4-side planers, cutting machines, saw-cutting machines, and specialized nail guns for industrial wood.
◈ Quality is controlled throughout 5 stages: input materials, production process, new product development, internal assessment, and output.
◈ NTT holds ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety) certifications issued by TUV NORD, along with ISPM No.15 (VN-004-HT) certification for internationally exported packaging wood.

NTT has been part of the packaging supply chain for the electronics-industrial sector since 2012, and currently supplies Samsung Electronics (Samsung Mobile, Samsung Network, Samsung SEVT), Canon, along with supply chain partners such as Hansol, Chitwing, Dreamtech, AG Tech Vina, Daesin, Samsung Electro-Mechanics, Molex, I-Sheng, and Daihan Vietnam.
