Lumeré Global is a product development, sourcing and apparel manufacturing partner for fashion brands in Vietnam and international markets.

From the initial idea to the finished product, we work alongside our clients throughout the entire process product development, material sourcing, sampling, manufacturing, quality control and delivery coordination.

Production Capabilities
Lumeré Global operates a production system with a factory area of approximately 2,500 m², supported by a team of more than 500 employees across production, product development, technical and quality control departments.

The process is organized to flexibly accommodate sample development, small-volume orders and recurring production programs for brands.

Materials and trims are ed based on each product’s requirements in terms of quality, technical specifications, aesthetics and target price.

Product Development
Developing products from concepts, sketches, reference images or tech packs provided by clients.
The LUMERÉ team supports the refinement of product construction, technical specifications, fit, materials and other necessary details before moving into production.

Material & Trim Sourcing
Sourcing and ing fabrics, accessories, trims and finishing solutions that are suitable for the design, target price and specific requirements of each collection.

Sample Development
Developing prototypes, fitting samples and production samples to check the fit, measurements, materials, construction and sewing techniques before production approval.

Manufacturing
Manufacturing a diverse range of fashion products across three main divisions:

The production process is developed based on the specific technical requirements, quantities, materials and quality standards of each project.

Quality Control
Quality is controlled throughout the entire process — from incoming materials and pre-production samples, through production and finishing stages, to final product inspection before delivery.

Order & Delivery Coordination
Monitoring progress, coordinating between departments and managing the order completion process to ensure that products are made according to the requirements confirmed with clients.

Lumeré can support projects with flexible quantities, including certain programs starting from 20 pieces, depending on the design and production requirements.
