ICD Cai Mep owns a warehouse system with a total area of 60,000 m², including 15,000 m² dedicated to bonded warehouses - serving goods awaiting customs clearance or re-export. The warehouses are designed with a maximum floor load capacity of 6 tons/m² and a roof height of 17m, accommodating the storage of heavy cargo, industrial goods, oversized, overweight cargo.

The total yard area reaches up to 80,000 m², divided into multiple specialized areas: bonded yards, laden/empty container yards, import/export cargo yards, reefer container yards, and general cargo yards. The yard infrastructure fully satisfies the storage needs for containers and bulk cargo at competitive costs.
