DPT Mold Vietnam Co., Ltd. is part of the DPT Vietnam ecosystem and operates in mold design, mold manufacturing and custom plastic injection molding. With more than 17 years of experience since DPT Vietnam was established in 2009, the company has steadily built its reputation and earned the trust of customers at home and abroad.

Production Capacity

✅ The company owns two mold manufacturing and plastic molding factories with independent management and personnel systems, operating 24/7 with full production management and quality control departments. Capacity reaches 20 to 30 sets of molds per month and about 100 tons of plastic products per month.

✅ The mold workshop is equipped with a modern and synchronous machinery system, including CNC milling machines, CNC pulse machines, wire cutters, mechanical milling machines, grinding machines, laser welding machines, drilling machines and many auxiliary machines. The plastic molding workshop runs injection machines from 120 to 450 tons, suitable for a wide range of product sizes and requirements.

✅ The company has built and developed an ERP system covering human resources, finance, equipment, schedule and safety, creating a scientific and effective operating process that speeds up work in every department. DPT Vietnam is certified to ISO 9001:2015 (quality management), ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management) and ISO 45001:2018 (occupational health and safety) for mold manufacturing and plastic injection molding.

Our People

The company has 80 staff members, including 15 with university degrees, 10 with college degrees (Cao Dang), 20 with intermediate-level qualifications and more than 30 skilled workers. Our management engineers and experts are trained in depth at home and abroad, with experience in mold design, mold manufacturing and plastic injection molding, always aiming for the most economical, high-quality and optimal solutions for customers.

Products and Services

• Design and manufacture of plastic molds from customers’ ideas, paper drawings, 3D drawings or products that need improvement.
• Molds for civil electricity and lighting, construction and industry, and export molds.
• Custom plastic injection molding: receive the customer’s mold or design and manufacture a new one, test run, sample review, production according to plan and delivery.
• Technical, household and industrial plastic products, including plastic products for international export.

A complete, closed-loop process covering design, CNC machining, pulse machining, wire cutting, finishing, assembly, mold testing and acceptance ensures quality and schedule control at every stage.

We have served customers in more than 26 provinces across Vietnam, with over 10,000 projects, as well as international customers from Korea, America, Japan, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
