PREBECCs Main Fields of Operation:

❸ Maintenance, repair, and upgrading of boilers, production lines, and industrial piping.
❹ Consulting and assessment of industrial machinery according to international standards such as ASME, EN, JIS, etc.

PREBECCs Capabilities Are Organized into Three Main Areas:
☞ Engineering Design: Process calculations, PFD and P&ID design, 3D modeling, strength calculations, finite element analysis, and fabrication drawing development. Documentation is designed according to the specific requirements of each project and the relevant applicable standards.
☞ Fabrication and Installation:
- Preparation of technical specifications, inspection and test plans, welding procedures, and material procurement documentation.
- Execution of machining, fabrication, and installation of boilers, pressure vessels, and related industrial systems. Our engineers, welders, and installation technicians are trained according to each projects technical requirements, including personnel holding 6G welding certification.
☞ Inspection and Maintenance:
- Wall thickness and pipe corrosion measurement.
- Assessment of welds, valves, and safety devices.
- Organizing operational safety training on boilers and pressure equipment for plant personnel.
