POLYTERRA^® processes coconut shells in-house, controlling every step from raw material to finished product:
➢ Production facility and warehouse of over 2,000 m², with storage for raw materials and finished goods for large orders
➢ Production and supply capacity of over 10,000 tonnes per year, supporting long-term contracts with scheduled deliveries
➢ Four-stage process: shell ion → cleaning and drying → milling and particle-size grading → finishing and bagging. Each stage controls cleanliness and particle uniformity, the two factors that decide whether the powder forms an even cushioning layer on the glass surface.
