“Dalcheeni” is a spice which is known as cinnamon world over. Dalcheeni serves authentic royal Indian cuisinewith a flourish in a 92 seat full-service fine dining restaurant. The culinary journey starts with dishes cooked in a Clay oven and Charcoal fire. This technique was inherited by the Mauryan Dynasty (300 BC) and perfected over centuries. The blending and preparation of spices is a century-old craft and our team has carefully handpicked spices and flavours often used in the kitchen of the royalties elsewhere.
