1. About Us
Asia Tea Co., Ltd is a premier tea manufacturer and exporter in Vietnam. Since our establishment in 2004, we have produced and processed over 20,000 tons of tea annually for export. We source fresh tea buds directly from over 1,200 tea gardens in Phu Tho province, renowned for its quality Vietnamese tea plants. Our products are now enjoyed in more than 40 countries worldwide.

2. Our Products

3. Production Scale and Facilities
★ Two Manufacturing Factories (in Ngoc Lap, Yen Lap, Phu Tho province)
➙ Capacity of 90 tons of fresh tea buds per day
— One factory using the orthodox method, equipped with Soviet and Vietnamese machinery - Productivity: 40 tons per day.
— Another factory using the CTC method, fully equipped with Indian machinery - Productivity: 50 tons per day.
★ Two Refining Factories
— One in Pho Nong, Thai Hoa Commune, Ba Vi District, Hanoi, spanning 4,500m²
— Another in Phu My A, Phu Son, Ba Vi, Hanoi, situated on a 77,500m² site with a factory area of 11,000m².
★ Packaging Facilities (in Phu My A, Phu Son, Ba Vi, Hanoi)
➙ This facility is equipped with modern machinery to mechanize production processes, including:
— Several electronic color sorters from Japan and Korea
— Two tea blending and packaging systems
— Two automatic small bag tea packaging machines (100, 200, 250, 500, 1000 grams/bag)
— A tea flavoring machine
— Various cutting, sifting, and grading machines
— A vacuum cleaning system to ensure industrial hygiene
