Marubeni Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd (MHE for short) is the only genuine Komatsu dealer specializing in providing construction machinery, mine machinery, forklifts in Vietnam market. Our head quarter is located at: Lot 7, Quang Minh Industrial Zone, Me Linh, Hanoi.
MHE has 3 branches located in Quang Ninh, Da Nang and Bien Hoa, along with 2 Customer Support Centers in Dien Bien, Lao Cai. Our warehouse always maintains a plentiful amount of both new and old machines, spare parts in large quantities. Especially, a team of engineers, skilled repairmen help MHE not only provide equipment for sales and renting but also provides professional after-sales service to customers.
We also focus on investing in high technology development, such as remote machine management system - Komtrax, and oil analysis service - Kowa, to help customers reduce production costs. If Komtrax updates customers with location information and status of computers via a computer, Kowa is a modern oil analysis system that warns about equipment`s condition. Fuel consumption, as well as equipment efficiency, is always our top concern.
