BSR Wood Co., Ltd. operates in the field of biomass pellet production and supplies equipment for wood chip factories and wood pellet plants. Since its establishment, BSR has continuously tested various raw materials for pellet production, ranging from wood and rice husks to agricultural by-products such as bagasse, cassava residue, cashew shell, coffee husk, and alfalfa grass.

Input materials are collected, cleaned of impurities, roughly chopped/ground, and dried to reduce moisture content to 8–12%. They are then finely ground and pressed through a high-pressure die at a temperature of approximately 80–90°C. After pressing, the pellets are cooled, screened, and packaged according to specification: small bags of 15–20kg for household use or jumbo bags of 750–1000kg for industrial and export customers.

Having started out as a supplier of equipment for the wood chip and pellet industry, BSR has an in-depth understanding of every stage of production and supplies complete equipment systems: chippers, coarse grinders, rotary dryers, hammer mills, ring die pellet mills, and post-pressing cooling and vibrating screen systems. BSR also supplies specialized carbonization equipment for producing black pellets – being the pioneer in bringing this technology to Vietnam. As of 2026, equipment supplied by BSR is operating at numerous factories nationwide, contributing more than 1 million tons of wood chips and 500,000 tons of wood pellets to the market each year, including many large-scale factories in Vietnam.
