Founded in 2007 in Ho Chi Minh City, Truong Hung Producing Company Limited builds upon a manufacturing foundation established in 1995. The company owns and operates Tonybed—one of Vietnam’s leading and most trusted bedding brands. Tonybed specializes in manufacturing mattresses, duvets, pillows, bed linens, and foam materials for both residential use and industrial application, pioneering the research and integration of eco-friendly green materials into sleep care products.

✮✮✮ INFRASTRUCTURE AND PRODUCTION CAPACITY ✮✮✮ ☑ Manufacturing Scale: The main Tonybed facility is located in the Hoang Gia Industrial Cluster, My Hanh Commune, Tay Ninh Province, spanning a total area of approximately 12,000 m²—the company’s largest production base. The facility features specialized divisions for foam synthesis, quilting and sewing, spring core manufacturing, mattress and pillow assembly, duvet production, and finished goods warehousing.
☑ Modern Equipment: The plant operates closed-loop, highly automated production lines, including automatic pocket spring machines, high-speed multi-needle computerized quilting machinery, CNC foam cutters, automated pillow molding lines, and vacuum roll-packing machinery serving both domestic and export markets.
