Hoang Sa Interior & Exterior Architecture Consulting Joint Stock Company was established in 2014. It manufactures and supplies composite wood door solutions under the Kingdoor brand, distributed through a nationwide network of dealers. Products are manufactured to European standards and technology, serving apartment buildings, hotels, hospitals and social housing projects across the country.

Key Advantages
Kingdoor composite material is made from virgin PVC resin, wood powder and specialized additives, giving it the following properties:
✔ Water and moisture resistant: swelling after 24 hours of water immersion is only 0.66%.
✔ Completely termite-proof.
✔ Flame-spread resistant: achieves HB rating under the UL 94 standard.
✔ Health-safe: no formaldehyde detected (<20 mg/kg according to EN 717-3).
✔ Diverse surface finishes: Laminate, PVC film, Veneer, PU paint, Acrylic, etc., suiting a wide range of design styles.
Production Capacity
The factory in Thach That, Hanoi covers a total area of about 5,000 m², with 04 synchronized screw extrusion lines, an automatic mixing system, a laminate surface-coating machine, a panel saw and an edge-banding machine. The lines use ABB control systems (Japan) and are fully closed-loop, from mixing and extrusion to surface coating and finishing, with quality control (QC) at every stage.
Current capacity: 270,000 m² of standard boards and 60,000 door sets per year. The team includes engineers, architects, technical staff and dozens of senior carpenters, machine operators and installers.
Quality Certifications
The products are certified under the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and hold TCVN 9366-1:2012 conformity certification for composite wood doors, along with independent test results for tensile strength, flexural strength, water tightness, chemical resistance and fire resistance.
