TPI (Trust – Passion – Innovation) is a manufacturer of construction chemicals and building materials, founded in 2015 with the aim of delivering advanced, high-quality and effective solutions built on technology mastered by Vietnamese engineers. From a modest beginning, TPI has grown over more than 10 years into a trusted brand in the domestic market and is steadily expanding internationally. In December 2025, to mark its 10th anniversary, TPI unveiled a new brand identity that reflects its spirit of innovation and creativity.

Manufacturing Capability

TPI manufactures in-house at a 1,500 m² factory in Lai Thieu, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Binh Duong), continuously investing in machinery and equipment to keep quality under control. The company applies an ISO 9001 quality management system and regularly hosts factory visits for customers, partners and suppliers. Current output exceeds 300 tons of products per month.

Product Range

TPI offers a diverse product range, including:

• Form release agents for aluminum formwork, spun concrete, PHC piles and dry-pressed concrete
• Specialty mortars: non-shrink grout (from 40 to over 120 MPa), self-leveling mortar, repair mortar, AAC block mortar and smooth skim-coat mortar
• Waterproofing materials: cement-based, bitumen, polyurethane, acrylic and crystalline systems
• Repair and protection materials for concrete structures: epoxy adhesives, epoxy crack injection resin, rebar corrosion-protection mortar and chemical-resistant epoxy coatings
• Materials for concrete floor construction and finishing: floor hardener powder, surface hardening agents, epoxy primers and floor coatings, and glossy floor sealers
• Concrete admixtures: water-reducing, plasticizing, foaming agents and silica fume

Solutions for Every Customer Group

TPI`s products serve both industrial and residential construction, from factories, high-rise buildings, ready-mix concrete plants and precast concrete plants to building material stores and contractors. TPI also supports green energy projects.

Projects and Partners

To date, TPI has taken part in more than 100 projects, including many high-rise developments such as Victoria Village, Elysian, Eaton Park, Lotus Tower, Lumi Hanoi and Sycamore. More than 60 building material plants use TPI products on a regular basis, and the company works with leading contractors such as Coteccons, Hoa Binh, Unicons, Ricons and Newtecons. TPI products have been exported to several countries and are delivered nationwide.
