Company Introduction
The predecessor of Thanh Bac was a branch of Hoa Trung Nguyen Company, established in 2006. Thanh Bac officially separated and operated independently in 2009, inheriting and promoting the traditional towel weaving and dyeing craft of the local craft village.
Towel production and finishing capabilities:
☑ Weaving: Cooperating in investment and regularly maintaining 50–60 Dobby looms and 3 Jacquard looms at households in the craft village, with a total production capacity of approximately 100–120 tons of towels/month.
☑ Bleaching and dyeing: Equipped with 2 boilers, 12 bleaching and dyeing machines, and 2 drying machines, combined with a wastewater treatment system with a capacity of 300 m³/day.
☑ Sewing and finishing: Equipped with 5 five-needle sewing machines, 1 edge-binding sewing machine, and 40 single-needle sewing machines, meeting various product finishing requirements.
☑ Quality control: Equipped with 2 needle detectors, including 1 machine from China and 1 machine from Japan, supporting quality control before products are shipped.
Main products:
★ 100% cotton towels, woven from CM yarn (combed), CD yarn (carded), and OE yarn (open-end spun).
★ Cotton towels in various sizes: 30x30, 34x34, 34x80, 40x80, 40x90, 50x100, 60x120, 70x140 (cm).
★ Product lines: Cotton face towels, cotton bath towels, hotel towels, restaurant towels, spa towels, sports towels, and gift towels.
★ Custom towel production and contract manufacturing according to customers samples and specifications.
With stable production capacity and experience in towel weaving and dyeing, Thanh Bac serves both domestic and export markets. Approximately 40% of its production is exported to Japan, while the remaining 60% is supplied to South Korea and the domestic market.
