― A full complement of dedicated headwear equipment: pressing (stamping) machines, cutting machines, computerized embroidery machines, modern printing systems, and specialized ironing presses.

1. Design & material ion: Consultation and ion of fabrics and trims in accordance with export-grade quality requirements.
2. Cutting of semi-finished parts: Utilisation of specialised cutting equipment to ensure absolute dimensional precision for all hat components.
3. Embroidery / printing processing: Components are embroidered/printed on advanced machinery prior to assembly, securing crisp imagery and colourfastness.
4. Assembly & finishing sewing: Skilled operators execute sewing and final assembly on a 50-machine single-needle production line, adhering to rigorous technical standards.
