1/ Raw material:
✥ Raw material has been exploited from 2 mines in Quy Hop, Nghe An, where had been considered as the geographic area with best whiteness and purity CaCO3.
✥ The area of 2 mines is 42 ha with the reserve of 30.939.000 MT.
2/ Technology:
AMC continously investing in new lines, new equipments to meet customer`s strict demand. Technology used for manufacturing CaCO3 in AMC is the combination of the most mordern technologies to give out the best & consistent quality.
✥ 3 Ultrafine grinding & coating lines: To manufacture the ultrafine powder with micro particle size from 5μm.
Acid stearic coating system with electonic spraying technology from Germany gives out most accurate products as per required.
✥ 2 fine grinding lines: To manufacture the fine particle size from 45μm - 180μm
✥ 1 sieving line: To manufacture particle size from 90 mesh to 5 mesh
Total capacity 240,000 MT/year
AMC`s products are controlled with a strict process of on-line checking every 1 hour.
3/ Logistics services:
✥ For domestic market in Vietnam: With the advantage of being near to Cua Lo port, to minimize the cost, we use both trucking and vessels (container & trump vessels).
✥ For oversea market: AMC chose to work with big shipping lines like ONE, IAL, WANHAI, COSCO, OOCL, etc for each specific order to deliver products in shortest time with lowest freight to other countries like Inda, Bangladesh, Korea, Japan, China, Guatemala, Cambodia, etc.
