Thanh Luan Production and Trade Company Limited was established on July 15, 1999 (formerly known as the plating workshop of Sony electronics company), which has more than 30 years of experience in plating and metal surface treatment fields in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system.
Thanh Luan`s capabilities:
☑ Thanh Luan owns 2 factories with area of Cat Lai Industrial Park and Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park of 5,000 m2 and 12,000 m2 respectively.
☑ We have the number of employees of more than 150 people, with high capacity, rich experience in the plating industry to meet the requirements given by customers.
☑ We actively build a large-scale wastewater treatment system to control and treat environmental problems.
☑ Our company invests in technology, machinery and equipment to ensure all products are checked with many advanced equipment such as FISCHER X-RAY XDL-B leser. We also invest in a laboratory specializing in researching compounds that are suitable for each product.
☑ Thanh Luan is developing a number of new technologies such as ZInc Flake (including Dacromet and Geomet) for mechanical industries.
With the strength of the production line and the workforce as mentioned above, Thanh Luan is proud to be sure to keep up with orders with large quantities. The productivity of each of our services is as follows:
+ Zinc plating: 350 tons / month
+ Automatic tin plating: 100,000 / month
+ Multi-layers plating: 150,000 pieces / month
+ Plating on plastic: 100,000 pieces / month
+ Aluminum anodizing services: 50 tons / month
+ Copper plating: 40 tons / month
+ Nickel plating: 40 tons / month
