Strategic leadership is the highest level of leadership capability within an organization/company comprising leaders on the board of directors management team members who set standards for values, ethics, culture, organizational atmosphere, incentive systems, organizational design, change management to develop and transform the organization, and company governance. Strategic leaders possess knowledge, experience, skills, and qualities in leadership, strategic foresight, issues management, innovation and creativity management, leadership analysis, leadership communication, human resources management and development, leadership development, delegation, general management, strategic management systems they establish company policies, business policies, functional policies, responsibilities, and authorities throughout the organization. Additionally, strategic leaders have influence, strategic thinking skills, systems thinking, and foresight thinking skills to enhance human, strategic, and organizational linkage capabilities enhance organizational trust, enhance organizational effectiveness, create strategic pathways, develop leadership strategies, strategic management, and strategic leadership. Strategic leaders establish purposes, visions, missions, engage stakeholders, manage information, solve problems, control companies, control operations and functions throughout the organization, control the implementation of cultural, value, ethical, organizational atmosphere systems set strategic goals, make strategic decisions, manage the strategic process and strategic leadership to guide the organization to achieve organizational linkage, organizational effectiveness, competitive advantage, purpose, vision, strategic goals, and desired futures.

TRAINING METHODOLOGY
Tosmam highly values and encourages participants to prepare by reading materials before class and actively participate in class discussions. Interactive teaching methods such as case studies, exercises, and activities will be used throughout the sessions.

Day I: What is strategy? What is strategic leadership? Strategic leadership model. Why is strategic leadership different? Tasks of strategic leaders.
Day II: Strategic thinking. Strategic action. Strategic influence. Establishing and developing strategic leadership teams. Leadership strategies. Developing strategic leadership. Tools for developing strategic leadership teams (STRAT: Strategic Team Review and Action Tool).
Day III: Practice using tools for developing strategic leadership teams. Awarding completion certificates.
