3) Process Description:
Step 1: Parties exchange detailed information about needs, products, and methods.
Step 2: Product shaping: quality, packaging, pricing of the product.
Step 3: Signing a principle agreement to proceed with product sampling (with advance payment - if the sample is not satisfactory, PNL 2005 Vietnam will refund the advance payment).
Step 4: PNL 2005 Vietnam will proceed with sampling, send samples for final approval. If the sample (product material) meets the requirements, the parties proceed to the next step. If the sample does not meet the requirements, the advance payment will be refunded, and the collaboration will be terminated.
Step 5: Advance payment according to the processing contract and production commencement.
Step 6: Acceptance, payment, and delivery.
