Nippon Waterproof Paint - WP100

1. Description:

- Nippon WP 100 waterproof paint is a waterproofing agent for cement and concrete structures such as: terraces, floors, walls, water tanks, toilet floors, and so on.

- Nippon WP 100 waterproof paint has the effect of preventing water penetration from top to bottom for horizontal surfaces and waterproofing from the front for vertical surfaces, Nippon Paint WP 100 waterproof can be used as plaster.

- Characteristics:

    + Color: Blurry

    + Finish: Ivory white when using white cement, dark gray when using normal cement

2. Applying process:

▶ PREPARATION

- Surface must be clean, dry and stable

- Unstable paint film, dirt, mortar, fungus, mold must be removed with high pressure water or a suitable scraper

- In case the wall is too dry and the surfaces absorb water, it is recommended to moisten with clean water before applying WP 100 paint.

▶ CONSTRUCTION METHODS

- Use brush, roller to apply the paint into wall.

- Apllyق-3 layers.

▶ CONSUMED AMOUNT OF PAINT:

- Theoretically 2-2.5ms/kg/one layer (depending on thickness made)

▶ MIXING INSTRUCTION:

- Prepare the waterproofing mixture according to this ratio: - 0.5 liters of water - 1kg of white cement - 1 kg of WP 100 waterproofing - 0.5 liters of water - 1kg of normal cement - 1 kg of WP 100 waterproofing

- Mix cement into water, and blend it well to get rid of lumps, then combine the mixture with WP 100 waterproof paint and stir again.

- The mixture should be used within 2 hours, after this time the product will be solid. Blend well before use

▶ DRY TIME:

- Surface drying: 1 hour/layer at 30 degrees C

- Use after 7 days since the day when you applied WP 100 waterproofing

▶ TRANSITION TIME

- Minimum 6-8 hours under normal conditions

▶ CLEANING STAGE:

- Wash tools with clean water immediately after using

▶ WARRANTY:

- Close the lid tightly.

- Place it in a cool, dry and ventilated place.

- Remain the temperatures from 5-40 degrees Celsius

▶ NOTE:

- Limit application when the temperature is lower than 10 degrees Celsius and the humidity is higher than 85%

- Avoid contacting the paint directly

- Use appropriate protective equipment

- Do not apply waterproofing WP 100 on oil-based waterproofing surfaces or on smoothed floors. For small cracks, put on 3 layers of WP 100 waterproof

- For large cracks, it must be punched wide in V shape and the surface must be re-plastered with a mixture in the ratio: 3 sand - 1 cement - 3 WP 100 for waterproofing paint before applying it.
