1. Structure

- HDF Door surface is made of imported HDF sheet with high aesthetics and good bearing capacity. Basically, HDF wood is pressed from wood pulp on a modern production line with extremely high compressive strength. Therefore, this wood is 2.5 times stronger than MDF and has much better strength and water resistance than plywood in the market.

- Material HDF panels are molded right in the process of producing materials to create perfect HDF leather panels for door production. For all types of requests with real wood grain, the process will go through 1 stage of veneer gluing. The procedure is meticulous tested to ensure the proper adhesion of this wood grain surface.
