(1) Material: (A) Galvanized, (B) Stainless steel, (C) Colored steel, (D) PVC paper, ( E) Polyurethane
(2) Production size:
(a) Roof Panel: width 1000mm±3mm × thickness 35, 50, 75, 100mm + 0 + 3mm (side blocks)
(b) Wall Panel width 1000mm±3mm × thickness 50, 75, 100mm + 0 + 3mm (side blocks)
※ The finished product may have deformation conditions if using different steel sheets and PU material.
※ Different side blocks will be required to purchase if they have different PU Foam thicknesses.
(3) Line speed: 4-8M/ min
※On account of characteristic of PU material, the production speed would be different.
(4) Foaming density: 35-45kgs/m3
(5) Electric: Depends on customer’requires
(6) The best rubber belt conveyor temperature: Around 50~70°C
(7) The best steel temperature: Around 50~60°C
※This PU production line is applied for the PU material within a viscosity of𧇈-500cps.
