PLYWOOD FOR PACKING

1. Description

- Thickness: is the distance between two surfaces of the plywood, with a thickness of ≤ 4 mm, the tolerance is ± 0.3 mm, if the thickness is > 4mm then the tolerance is ± 2.0mm to ± 0.5 mm as required.

- Width of plywood: 1000 - 2440mm, tolerance is ± 0.5 mm (or according to customer requirements).

- Number of layers of plywood: not fixed depending on customer requirements.

- The thickness of the planks: can be equal or not.

- Plywood layer arrangement: the layers must be arranged symmetrically through the axis.

- Do not allow empty padding for the entire length of the board.

- Do not allow the board to swell.

2. Usage

- Plywood types used for packaging products and goods are also called non-manufactured packaging wood or solid wood packaging materials.

- Packaging plywood is created using glue, heat and pressure or the combination of hardwood or soft wood materials such as particle board, directional fiber board, wood fiber, etc.
