PP PLASTIC TRAY
1. Features:
- High mechanical strength, quite rigid, not as flexible as PE, not stretched so it is made into yarn. In particular, easily torned when there is a cut or a small puncture.
- Transparent, high surface gloss for high printability, crisp print.
- Resistant to temperatures higher than 100 degrees C. However, the sealing temperature (body) of PP packaging (140 degrees C), high compared to PE - can cause damage to the outer structural laminating film, so often less use of PP as the innermost layer.
- Has waterproof properties O2, steam, grease and other gases.
2. Usage:
- Used as a single layer packaging containing food preservation, does not require strict antioxidant.
- Making fibers, weaving into food packages containing large quantities of grain.
- PP is also manufactured as a coating for multi-layer films to increase resistance to air, steam, create high printing capabilities, and tear easily to open the packaging (due to the creation of a cut) and create high gloss for packaging.
