Do not inflate too much air into dunnage air bags to avoid exceeding its working pressure

Dunnage air bags should not be used in a gap bigger than its maximum applied width

Have to use 2 or more dunnage air bags in one gap, should keep the contacting area between dunnage air bags as much as possible Dunnage air bags effective working area should not over the height of cargoes

A distance of at least 5cm / 2" should be kept from dunnage air bags to the floor

Cardboard or plywood board should be used as protection on dunnage air bags against cargoes or packages with sharp edges/burrs

If dunnage air bags are used in the gap against door, the consignee should be cautioned to avoid hurting operators
