1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
➞ Answer: We are an experienced manufacturer. Has a number of advanced production lines, as well as a strong quality inspection team.
2. Do you have a test certificate exported to Europe and the United States? Does the factory have a test report?
➞ Answer: With CE making, E.A.R certification, FDA certification support export to Europe and the United States. The factory has EN14683 level II and ASTM test reports, and the information can be provided to you.
3. How to obtain samples?
➞ Answer: If you need samples for testing, we can make them according to your requirements. If this is our regular product inventory, you only need to pay for shipping and we will provide free samples.
4. Can you design for us?
➞ Answer: OEM or ODM services are available. We can design products and packaging according to customer requirements.

➞ Answer: For small batch orders, you can use DHL, UPS, Fedex / TNT and other express delivery methods, about 3-7 days.
For high-volume orders, air freight is about 7-12 days, and sea freight is about 15-35 days.
9. How about the sample price?
➞ Answer: We can provide free samples, but if you need an urgent shipment, you can give me your courier account number.
