Ha Dong silk village or Van Phuc silk village (now in Van Phuc Ward, in Ha Dong District, about 10 km from Hanoi center) is a famous silk weaving village of thousands of years ago. Van Phuc has many oldest patterns and models in Vietnam. Ha Dong Silk used to be chosen for clothes in the court.
Located on the bank of Nhue River, Van Phuc Silk still retains a lot of ancient features such as old trees, wells, and communal houses.
