✮ Process of Constructing LED Lights:
▶ Step 1: Review 3D drawings and customer ideas. If the customer has no specific ideas, we provide advice based on the lighting context and intended use.
▶ Step 2: Select the aluminum bar based on length and panel size (large or small). Attach mica and other accessories. Decide on the mounting type: wall-mounted, surface-mounted, or corner-mounted.
▶ Step 3: Choose the appropriate LED strip, considering capacity (large or small), brightness level, and light color.
▶ Step 4: Select the power source for the LED strip. Ensure the power source capacity is 40% higher than the LED strip requirements to avoid overload.
▶ Step 5: Conduct an on-site survey, cut plaster ceilings, measure dimensions, and prepare for ceiling wire installation.
▶ Step 6: Provide a quotation for the aluminum LED strip, power source, and actual construction costs.
▶ Step 7: Proceed with the installation.
▶ Step 8: Conduct final acceptance and complete the project.

▬ Manufacturer errors or technical problems upon first use or third review, leading to product recall.
▬ Discrepancies between listed parameters on the packaging and actual performance.
▬ Warranty coverage for the remaining period specified on the warranty stamp.
▬ Unclear or inconsistent product packaging compared to the initial quote.
▬ Damaged packaging (damp, torn, wet, broken) during transportation.
➟ LED products have a warranty period of 12 to 24 months.
➟ Products with multiple defects can be replaced if used within 3 months.

▬ Delivery to a customers specified location with additional charges based on the location.
